“Children don’t come to the Taj Mahal carrying history books. They come carrying questions. And sometimes, those questions tell the most beautiful story of all.”<\/em><\/p>\n

I have guided thousands of visitors through the gates of the Taj Mahal.<\/p>\n

I’ve met professors who knew every Mughal emperor by heart.<\/p>\n

Architects who admired every arch and every dome.<\/p>\n

Historians who corrected my pronunciation of Persian names.<\/p>\n

Photographers who had traveled across the world for one perfect sunrise.<\/p>\n

Yet one of the greatest lessons I have ever learned came from a seven-year-old boy who believed the Taj Mahal was a palace.<\/p>\n
